HAPPY NEWYEAR
Quantity size specification
Coats are mainly measured for length and bust. For ** garments, the collar, sleeve length, and total shoulder width can be measured. The trousers mainly measure the length, waist and trousers. Compare the measurement results with the garment specification requirements to see if they are correct, and the allowable tolerance of each part is within +- 1.5%.
Look at the appearance quality
(1) Three-step method for top coat
The appearance and quality of the jacket are identified in three steps: visual inspection of the front, back, and side.
Front: Check whether the collar and lapels are flat and straight; check whether the chest of the front body is full and smooth, check whether the position and size of the bag are correct, and whether the bag and cover are flat.
Back: Check whether the back is flat, whether the shoulder blades are wide and comfortable; check whether the rear fork is flat; check whether the collar is flat.
Side: Check whether the shoulder seams are straight; the sleeves should be round and smooth, and the posture should be even; check whether the sleeves are consistent from front to back; check whether the hem seams are straight.
(2) Three-step method for trousers
The appearance quality of trousers can also be identified in three steps: plane, top, and three-dimensional. The method is also visual inspection and ruler measurement.
Plane: first look at the outer plane (that is, to align the seams to make them level) to see if the side seams are straight; to see if the side seam pockets are snug and not exposed; to see if the trousers are snug and of the same size without slings; then look inside flat (that is, pull up one trouser leg), check that the crotch seam is correct
Tidy and straight; check whether the crotch seam of the trouser seam is lifted.
Upper part: check whether the waist is straight; check if the pleats and darts are symmetrical; check whether the back pockets are neat and tidy; check whether the small loops of string bags are flat and in the correct position;
Three-dimensional: Pick up the shape of the trousers when they are worn, and check whether the front and rear trouser seams are smooth, whether the four straight seams, the trouser panels and trouser seams are smooth and not cracked.
(3) Look at the inner workmanship
Mainly check the stitching, handwork, clamping and splicing.
(4) Look at raw material defects
Mainly check the color difference, surface defects, upside-down wool, patterns and matching patterns, surface stains, discoloration, yellowing, warp and latitude slopes, warping of the bottom edge, and insect infestation, etc. The quality of a piece of clothing can basically be confirmed through the simple identification method of "one measurement and three inspections". After proficiency, the "three views" can be combined and carried out together. This is a good and simple method.
